Hookah lounges are seeing a surge in mainstream popularity all around the U.S., and the Baltimore area is no exception. The exotic, sumptuous atmosphere, the novelty of the hookah pipe and flavored tobaccos, and a really good belly dance performance all come together to create a unique and memorable experience. We visited three hookah lounges in three very different Baltimore neighborhoods to see how they stacked up.
