A Preferred Client monthly retainer entitles you to:
- 3 hours of pre-paid work on your site at a savings of 10%
- 10% off additional hours up to 7 per month
- Priority status over non-retainer accounts
- 30 minutes of free consultation per month
- Exclusive offers on other great Alchemedia products and services
Unused web maintenance hours can be rolled over to the next month. Unused consultation time can be rolled over for up to three months. If you no longer need your Preferred Client account, cancel at any time with a 30-day cancellation notice.
